Highlight a text in Word

Text Highlight Color tool

Path: select the text you want to highlight > open the Home Tab > click on the Text Highlight Color in the Font group.

The Text Highlight Color has fifteen colors to choose from. By default, the color is yellow, and if you want to change it, you must click on the arrow beside it and select a color.

Shading Tool

the Shading Tool is another Tool that lets you change the color behind a text, paragraph, or table cell. This tool can be so helpful when you want the information to jump off the page.

Path: Select a Text, paragraph, or table cell > go to the Home Tab > click on the Shading Tool from the Paragraph group

Notice: if you want to change the color, click on the arrow beside it and choose another color.

How to remove Highlight color from a text in Word?
